After listening to the original, this is a very good tribute! Also, you add a very interesting lead with many articulations. Sometimes there is some gliding, is this done with portamento or are you using MPE?
After a very slow intro, it gets more interesting. I like the arrangement and overall sound design. My only criticism is that the panning is a bit strong on headphones and feels uneven sometimes. Other than that, great work!
@icaria36 Thank you very much!
I used portament for gliding the lead synth. Eqing and formant filtering is also automated.
@Fooltopia Thank you very much!
I agree that I added a bit to much Stereoize on the master channel.

Hey guys!
I’m pretty new to the whole music production scene. and I chose Bitwig.
I’ve been making music for almost 1 year (march 2021) I’m not confined to any genre at the moment, so I make different stuff within the electronic music genre.
This is one of my latest creations. I wanted to make a dark, somber tune. I hope you like it, and please check out my other tracks
It’s inspired by the movie Dark City
Wow, if this is what you produce after just a few months of practice, then I wonder what I am doing with my time. I especially like the fact that you collaborated with a singer to have a human voice in your track. I believe these days there is a lot of music that is instrumental or has some basic sampled voices not but choice but by lack of singers… while there is a bunch of singers out there happy to collaborate with other musicians.
Weird little lofi track I made in Bitwig with live cello:
A new progressive Psytrance track of mine. Made in Bitwig with samples and a few VSTs like Valhalla (which I love)
