Export audio tracks to mono
What problem(s) would this feature resolve?
Wav files with only one channel can be imported and edited, but the export will add two identical L and R channels.
Currently, you will have to run an audio conversion tool over my samples to get them back to mono.
How does this feature fit in Bitwig as a product?
Bitwig has the “Audio Editor Template” to edit samples, so this use-case seems to be intended. Being able to export samples with the same number of channels as the input file seems a reasonable to have in this context.
Is there already an alternative way to achieve this on Bitwig?
