I would like a random button in the instruments and device panels to allow non-linear scrolling.

What problem(s) would this feature resolve? Enable non-linear scrolling with a shuffle (random) button.

How does this feature fit in Bitwig as a product? As a random or shuffle button you can toggle on/off in the instruments/device panel.

Is there already an alternative way to achieve this on Bitwig?

Could it be implemented using Bitwig components or APIs, without Bitwig team’s support?

Could it be provided by a VST or something else reasonably integrated with Bitwig? I don’t think so.

Are there other products that offer this feature? Arturia

Why? What do you want to achieve that you cannot achieve now? When proposing a feature request it is important to specify which problem you are aiming to address.
