Bitwig Preset Hocket by MIDI Channel
My usual method of "hocketing" or quickly sending different notes to different instruments. Up to 16 Instrument Layers can be used, and each is limited to one MIDI Channel. Notes can easily be re-routed to any Layer by adjusting their MIDI Channel. The only drawback to this method is that it lets Release Tails through, but my use-cases typically involve instruments without Releases.
